Delivery & Returns
We provide our Australian customers with free delivery within Australia on any sized purchase.
We also offer world-wide delivery for customers outside of Australia. There are serval different delivery options available upon checkout or you can contact us via email if you wish to organise your own delivery service.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase on items that are in original condition only including all clothing tags.
Goods that cannot be refunded or returned:
Items that have been worn or damaged
Items that have been washed
Items that don't contain original labelling
Items on sale
Custom or personalized orders
Should a refund take place, refunds will be processed via PayPal or Square.
Awaken Kids Co reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item returned does not meet the above stated criteria. These items will be automatically returned to sender.
We understand that purchasing clothing online for children is hard so we try to be as accurate as possible in our sizing descriptions and product details. We ask that if you are trying something on your child that you take care not to mark or damage the item so that we may assist you.
All due care is taken to ensure the items we send out are in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is not in this condition, please contact us immediately so we can take action.
